I am trying to locate a LazyBoy authorized service shop that can repair the recline mechanism in my recliner. Please email me with the nearest authorized service provider to DeLand, Florida. Zip code is 32720. Thanks very much.

I own an old lazy-boy mechanical reclilner. It has served me well over the years but the thin steel wires to the ratchet have broken. Is there a replacement wire and a diagram to show the attaching point at the base of the ratchet?

We bought 2 Lazy Boy Swivel Rockers some 26 years ago and have had them reupholstered and slipcovered. It's time for another redoing on one (we have cats that like them. too) and it would be nice to be albe to buy slipcovers that fit and look good. I bought new fabric but have not the time nor expertise to redo myself. Where can I buy replacement slipcovers that are good?

Hello we need the screw that holds the fold out to the recliner together I think my husband called it a elevator screw. Can you tell me in Belleville, IL where I can get one of these or could you mail me one or two?
